Milestones

Help moved from in-app drawers to the Docs portal, with route-aware language links and a direct Docs shortcut in the user menu.
Discord support-ticket automation (Admin setup and bot API surface) was fully removed from the product; use normal support channels instead.
Pricing workspace improvements focused on safer calculations, accessory costing, and package-deal tooling.

Major pricing modernization launched: workspace simulator, discount templates, guardrails, and nightly auto-apply controls.
Team, Profile, and permissions flows were reworked so staff see clearer self-info while owner/manager controls became safer.
POS and finance flows were tightened with better confirmation behavior, internal-operations tracking, and more stable transaction reporting.
